By deploying and utilizing the Eduvisee platform, you and your school institution agree to the following terms of service.

1. License & Setup

Eduvisee grants your school a non-exclusive license to use the system portals. One-time deployment fees cover standard database configuration, server initialization, and portal license setups.

2. School Responsibility

Schools are solely responsible for managing their administrators and staff accounts. It is the school's responsibility to ensure student and employee records entered into the portal comply with local privacy regulations.

3. Fees & Online Payments

Eduvisee integrates Paystack for payment processing. Transaction fees are governed by Paystack's standard processing terms. Eduvisee is not responsible for settlement delays originating from external payment network failures.

4. Support & Termination

Support services depend on your chosen deployment plan. Service contracts can be terminated according to agreements established in your specific setup proposal documents.
